本次網誌圖片感謝朋友"賣問"熱心提供！
這次是Chateau JiangJiang第一次舉辦的盲飲趴，
條件是限定大家帶一千元以內的紅酒來讓大家以盲飲的方式，
從香氣、口感和整體表現來決定出自己心目中的第一名。
一來除了這樣的方式比較客觀可以去選出自己心愛的酒，
二來就是這天的前一天和隔天是店長Kevin和成員小強的生日。
我們是用錫箔紙把整個外觀包起來，如果沒有包好的話
就會很容易在大家還沒喝就先被猜出來是什麼酒，
由於數量眾多，還有準備吐酒桶和法國麵包讓大家清味覺。
首先，我們先公開今天參與盛會的16隻紅酒光輝的樣貌！
我們特地邀請荷蘭籍美食專家潘潘和知名部落客吃心絕對
針對這次盲飲趴先來做個評語，他們看起來非常滿意！XD

在一陣子大家瘋狂拼命狂喝的狀態後，
比賽總是會有輸贏，在眾多對手脫穎而出的就是這隻
2007 Clos du Val Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
這是吳大哥帶來的酒，喝起來單寧扎實，口感細緻，有果莓味。
由於這次盲飲的關係，所以都是憑感覺選出排名的。
前半段排名順序為：6號、4號、8號、1號、7號、2號、5號、3號
後半段為：11號、13號、9號、12號、15號、16號、10號、14號
總積分前三名為：6號、4號和11號
而今天的趴對就在大家歡樂愉快的盲飲和互相討論下圓滿結束了。

Chateau Cote Montpezat 被羅伯·特帕克認為是
最有性價比的波爾多酒(Top Value Bordeaux wine)之一。
酒莊位於聖雅各朝聖之路((Chemins de St. Jacques de Compostelle)上，
因此這款酒特別標有Cuvee Compostelle。莊園平均樹齡為27～30年，
全部手工採摘。用1/3新橡木桶陳放12個月。
羅伯特·帕克認為最有性價比的波爾多酒之一，酒體中等，
充滿水果的味道，結構平衡，丹寧柔順，陳年能力較強。
獲得巴黎農產品大賽金獎產品。
漂亮的深寶石紅色；甜美的花香、紅莓、黑莓的香味和香草味完美交融，

萊斯棠酒莊2009年（Chatau L'Estang）
酒莊位於波爾多西南部優質產區卡斯狄倫山坡，其占地面積26.5公頃，
下面這張圖就是有在卡斯狄倫山坡產區的酒莊資料，有些有網站，
有些沒有，像這隻就是第四個，然後Surf.(Ha)就是1公頃=大約兩畝半
其土質是石灰岩和粘土組合而成。主要以種植梅洛為主，
平均樹齡25年以上。在橡木桶釀製16 個月以上才會灌瓶銷售。
國泰航空指定飲用酒，富有成熟的水果、櫻桃和紅醋栗，散發著誘惑的氣味，
單寧成熟，黑莓和黑醋栗濃郁而豐富，口感香醇，果實極佳，味道持久，
餘韻味優雅悠長，齒頰留香。
87-90 points Robert Parker: Another sleeper of the vintage,
the opaque ruby/purple-tinged 2009 l'Estang exhibits lots of sweet black currant
and black cherry fruit intermixed with a hint of vanillin. Medium to full-bodied,

Grant Burge是酒廠老闆的名字，同時也是酒莊的名字。
Filsell是該酒莊旗下一塊非常老的葡萄園，
其上種的Shiraz據說已有將近百年的歷史，
Old Vine 是老藤的意思。
Filsell園的葡萄經過手工精選後所生產的酒，
是該廠的旗艦酒，稱為Meshach，一直以來評價都非常的高，
國外的賣價大約是100美金。
而剩下的Filsell園老藤葡萄，
酒廠主人則拿來釀成Filsell Old Vine Shiraz，
所謂類似『二軍』的酒，國外的賣價大約是30美金。

Geografico 是Tuscany其中一個最佳生產商。1961年由17個葡萄酒生產者成立,到目前為止,已擴展超過200個生產者。其宗旨是為顧客釀造傳統具代表性和價值的 Tuscany葡萄酒。
